The Skippers' Cove Beach Club's bylaws require five public Membership Meetings per year.
"Article IV, Section 1: Regularly Scheduled Meetings. The Annual Membership Meeting of the Club shall be held during the first (3) weeks in November at a time and place designated by the Board of Directors. The General Membership Meetings of the Club shall be held on the 3rd Saturday in January, April, June, and September or as determined by the Board of Directors. Regular Board meetings will be held each month at a time and date specified by the Board, unless specifically cancelled by the President with approval of the majority of the Board."
